HOW TO ESTABLISH A STRESS – FREE MORNING ROUTINE FOR YOUR KIDS.
Have you ever wondered how can you possibly get ready for back-to-school morning looking fresh and beautiful in such a short amount of time?
A number of times we have heard a lot of parents bugged about getting thier kids on daily routine for school. You know the easiest way to get the stress out of parenting. Find the one situation that constantly causes friction and figure out how to make it go smoother.
That’s it. The rest will simply follow suit.
1. Go to sleep early : Lay your clothes out before you go to sleep as it will save you a lot of time in the morning. Make sure you have a good night sleep, more so if you tend to get under eye circles.
2. Wake up : Don’t stay in bed for a long time, wake up when your alarm clock sounds. Also, set your alarm clock for 30 minutes to 1 hour earlier than usual, since you have to look extra nice for your first day of school.
3.Take a shower : It really helps wake you up, and you’ll go to school looking fresh and clean. First, use a body loofah to exfoliate your skin so that it doesn’t look dry and flaky. Next, wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner. Pat dry your skin when you get out and blow or air dry your hair. Use a nice body scent.
4. Clothes : Put on your clothes you prepared the previous night , make sure they are clean, ironed and neat.
5. Eat a healthy breakfast. Breakfast helps you feel energized and ready for school. Eat fruits, bread and drink milk and/or juice. Skip the sugary cereal, the bacon and the chocolate milk. Because you don’t concentrate at school.
6.Go to school : Take the bus, car or walk to school. At school, say hello to everyone, be confident and have fun!
